Jennifer Lyons, MSW

I completed my Master of Social Work degree in 2009. I spent a decade in the field as a medical social worker, which developed my deep empathy and compassion. This is also where I began to recognize the importance and impact our beliefs have on our health and wellbeing.

Through these experiences, I faced a dilemma. I loved connecting with my patients, but found I wasn’t able to do so in a way that kept me fulfilled and energized. Constrained by the agendas of people around me, bogged down by paperwork, overburdened with too many cases, and without any tools to cope, I didn't feel like I could be an effective social worker. I was always drained and had no energy left for myself.

After giving birth to my first child, I left my social work job. It was while staying home that I discovered Energy healing and experienced a profound internal shift and healing. It was like a light turned on. This activation reminded me that I am an eternal being of light meant to love, expand, and help others do the same. Energy healing sessions provided instant relief from the burdens of social work while simultaneously allowing for deep and transformative healing in my clients.

I consider my sessions to be a grounded blend of magic and real-life applicability. I work best with clients who are open-minded, curious, and ready to explore the undercurrents of their psyche to enact profound changes, shifts, and expansion in how they view themselves, the world, and what is possible. During sessions, I utilize clinical skills from my social work background, Theta healing, Reiki, Spiritual Response Therapy, and I am trauma-informed. I consider myself a lifelong learner and am constantly integrating updated information and expanding my skillset.

It is my highest calling to empower and help heal people, infusing them with loving, joyful, restorative life energy. I currently have a full-time Energy Therapy practice and am available for distance sessions around the world using phone or zoom.
